Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated caregiver to provide essential assistance and support to individuals who require help with daily activities due to illness, injury, or age-related issues. As a caregiver, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients, promoting their independence, and ensuring their well-being in a respectful and supportive manner.

Responsibilities:

• Personal Care: Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Mobility Assistance: Help clients with mobility limitations to move safely around their home or accompany them on outings.
• Meal Preparation: Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as necessary, adhering to dietary restrictions.
• Medication Reminders: Administer medications according to prescribed schedules and ensure adherence to medical plans.
• Emotional Support: Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive and caring environment.
• Household Tasks: Perform light housekeeping duties such as cleaning, laundry, and tidying up client’s living space.
• Transportation: Escort clients to medical appointments, errands, and social activities as required.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of care provided and any changes in client’s condition.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a caregiver or similar role in healthcare, home care, or assisted living.
Compassionate and patient demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to follow care plans and instructions from healthcare professionals.
Knowledge of basic first aid and CPR is desirable.
Physical stamina and strength to assist clients with mobility and personal care needs.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in caregiving is a plus.

Qualification:

Additional qualifications or certifications, such as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), STNA or CPR/First Aid, may be required, depending on the hiring practices of your local office or regulations in your state.
